I have learned how to use some new development tools and languages. I have learned good architecture practices. Further developed my communication and collaboration skills. Public speaking skills through various presentations. Further developed networking skills.

Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I had support from my placement manager, keeping regular contact with me, making sure I was on track and helped with anything needed. I also had a graduate buddy who I regularly kept in contact with, who i could ask questions to, learn about their experiences and get advise from. The early talent team were available through the internship, checking up with us and answered any questions we had.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Open and welcoming. Everyone I met were very supportive, offering their support when possible. I was always encouraged to learn, grow and expand by colleagues and the company overall.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Overall I really enjoyed the internship. It was a great opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally. I have been able to connect with a lot of new people, expand my knowledge in multiple areas and make meaningful contributions to the company.
