Overall, how would you describe your experience at AstraZeneca?
Positive experience with a lot of support from supervisors and members of the graduate team. Huge range of development opportunites both within and outside of placements.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Roles within the 8-month placements vary, these include software development (e.g. dash apps), bioinformatics (analysis for project leads, automating routine analysis), machine learning. I enjoy the variety of work that I get to do day-to-day, and love creating things that have an impact.
