My role is to assist my team in performing an audit. On a day to day basis I would get coaching and be encouraged to learn and perform relevant task for my ability to contribute to the testing of the audit.

I have learnt many new skills and developed already existing ones including technical skills relating to various applications including excel and PwC audit applications, people skills and communication skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think it is very well structured, the period from september to march still gives you enough time for university and having placement structured over the summer for 3 consecutive years allows for increased productivity, higher level of coaching and more learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Endless support, you have the seniors on your team, buddies and career coaches and many other outlets that offer support
