Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Everyday is different. Task are usually communicated through email and then followed up through a teams meetings. You can work on various different projects in a day depending on the task. The role is very varied and you would be doing something different everyday. There is real project involvement and responsibility from day 1.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given real project responsibility from day 1 and all my training involved work on real projects and on the job experience. All the tasks i did were for real projects so there was a lot of responsibility from the start but also a lot of support.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes. Ive learnt new software. ive developed better communication through interdisciplinary meetings. Developed my time management more and how to pick up things quickly to jump from various tasks when needed.

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I was given a lot of support and guidance as everyone was always eager to help and answered all the questions i had. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming which made it easier to ask as many questions as i had. There was constant support and guidance throughout with the right balance of independence.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It is a great company to work for. Everyone is super welcoming and supportive. Its easy to talk to people in different teams as everyone is very friendly. The general atmosphere is positive and encouraging.
