Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Working on internal research projects and assisting on ongoing projects in my department. During the summer, sometimes the engineering projects come in more slowly so you need to work harder to get yourself on projects. It's not too bad if you know how to network and ask for work.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was able to run my own private venture, which is an internal research project which informs the company on a particular subject. When assisting on actual projects, responsibility reduces as it is client work.

What advice would you give to others applying to Frazer-Nash Consultancy
If you dont know what youre interested in, FNC is perfect for you. I would suggest either finding your niche in FNC or working in your niche outside of FNC and then coming over to FNC as an expert in that niche.
