Electrical Team Vacation Student Review

assisting members of my team to deliver project work, being assigned work relevant to projects and delivering it within the real project deadlines, learning techniques and software along the way from the team.

Yes I have been assigned tasks and treated as a responsible member of the team who is expected to manage their time and workload and communicate where there are issues relevant to my work. My team have been increasing this responsibility as my proficiency with the software and techniques has improved.

I have learned how to use many crucial electrical engineering softwares and developed a proficiency with them. I have also learned how to tackle real world electrical engineering problems which I feel university does not include due to the far-branching nature of electrical engineer as a profession

My team has always been willing and able to support me when I have run into issues and even go out of their way to show me how to perform tasks more efficiently. My team provide clear guidance on tasks and are always avalaible to clarify where necessary

all levels of the team from Grads to Associate directors are friendly with each other and are always willing to have a laugh. Work is often shared amongst the team and members often go to eachother for advice, everyone works hard without fear of consequence

I have very much enjoyed my time here and would happily come back given the opportunity. The team have made this experience very relaxed and informative, which has allowed me to get a true sense of the wider working world.
