I interned in the Audit Financial Services Insurance team, where my day-to-day tasks involved performing substantive testing, reviewing financial statements and assisting with client communications to ensure accurate and timely audit delivery.

Yes, I was given meaningful responsibility, including sections of audit testing independently, preparing work papers, and contributing to client deliverables, all under the guidance of senior team members.

I received strong support and guidance throughout my internship. My team was approachable and always willing to answer questions, and I had regular check-ins with my manager and buddy, which helped me stay on track and develop confidence in my work.
