Shadow experienced bankers during client meetings.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I assisted in client meetings by preparing presentations and documents, which gave me a first-hand experience in client interaction and relationship management.
Overall, I was given a considerable amount of responsibility during my internship, which not only challenged me but also deepened my understanding of commercial banking operations. This experience has significantly prepared me for future roles in the finance sector.

I was paired with a mentor who provided regular feedback, shared insights from their own experiences, and guided me through complex tasks, helping me navigate the intricacies of the banking environment.
My supervisor conducted regular one-on-one meetings to discuss my progress, address any concerns, and set goals for my development. This open line of communication was vital for my learning experience.
The bank provided access to a variety of resources, including software tools and databases, which aided me in my tasks and enhanced my analytical capabilities.
