Posting job adverts, going through applications, interviewing candidates and shorlisting them. Liaising with clients on potential candidates and prepping these candidates for official interviews. Keeping in touch with clients and candidates throughout the placement in a role.

Yes, I oversaw many of the trackers we use on a day-to-day basis, and took ownership of roles.
