What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The intranet was a great way to learn about different areas of the business, I also had a chance to talk to trainees and senior associates in other practice areas, including the partner who was head of the regional office.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very open and honest. Generally, it is a quiet office as most people work from home most days, so not a lot of opportunities for adhoc work socials ect., but generally relaxed and friendly.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

Very much, it was a good balance of legal work. Only thing would have been able to have more client interaction or be able to join more calls to observe or take minutes.
