Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Organising various events to promote Siemens and early career roles (career fairs, teacher insight days, workplace safaris, etc.)
Developing early career programs to build career pathways and inspire young people into STEM
Planning, editing, and implementing marketing campaigns such as video shoots, social media campaigns, user generated content, and internal communications.

1. Improve core MS Office skills (Excel, MS Forms, PowerPoint)
2. Manage a variety of projects from start to finish in order to build problem-solving skills
3. Gain experience and broaden my knowledge in Marketing and HR as well as wider business areas/ departments
4. Develop strong communication skills through liaising with various stakeholders
5. Enhance my time management skills by managing a larger workload
