my role involves taking in jobs, calling candidates to sell them the roles, and then selling the candidates to the clients

I was given a fair amount of responsibility during the year. from about the second week, i was on the phone straight away.

The main skill i have developed is communication. I have spent the majority of the year either on the phone with candidates, or meeting them over teams, which has massively helped my communication skills
