Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a daily basis my main role is bookkeeping, this means if any paperwork is received I will be the one responsible to process it and also i am responsible for keeping some banks reconciled. I support my seniors with some clients therefor it is my job to interact with clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy every aspect of my programme, I enjoy meeting new people and gaining new skills. I also enjoy learning new things everyday.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed many of skills whilst also learning new skill. I have improved on my time management and communication skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very structured as I know what days my exams are but also what days I am in office and also in college. I have reviews with my assessor and employer and that gives me a overview on things I need to improve on but also things I am doing well at.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, if I ever need help I have my colleagues I can go to and they will help me understand what it is I am struggling on. If I ever need to go to HR they are always available for me to got to. There is always someone I can go to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider. I can go to my assessor if I need any extra support but I can also go to my tutor in college.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe my work that i complete in college helps me in the workplace because it gives me a better understanding of why we complete tasks and how the software helps us.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

the advice i would give is stay on top of your college work and take your time with it, do not rush your work in the office.
