Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Davenports Group Ltd to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I’d recommend my company because it’s a supportive place to learn and grow, especially during an apprenticeship. The team is friendly, the training is hands-on, and there are plenty of opportunities to build real skills in accounting, from bookkeeping to year-end accounts, using modern tools and systems
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Davenports Group Ltd?
Be open to learning and don’t be afraid to ask questions—everyone is really supportive. Having a basic understanding of tools like Xero or Dext helps, but what matters most is showing enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in. Good organisation and communication skills go a long way here.
