I am the Head of Construction. I oversee the refurbishment works of single properties and large blocks of flats. I tender for new works through various portals associated with different councils.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my course. It's very informative and relevant to my day to day job.

The tendering process is new to me and I have learnt to use all the portals. I have developed my one on one skills with staff members. I have developed and improved on my presentation skills.

Very. it is very easy to map out, especially with the guidance of my skills coach.

They are very supportive. They understand and support that there is an element of hours that need to be done during working hours.

They are very supportive. My skills coach is available for support when requested. We set teams calls to discuss any matters.

Yes. We have a summer event and Christmas do every year.
There is also a quarterly award where the winning staff members get a trip abroad. We are also having a sports day shortly.
