I joined Changing Lives Housing Trust in June 2024 and began my apprentinceship with LSEC. Nearly a year in and I have gained much more knowledge and confidence within my role. Everyone within the CLHT team has been very supportive and I look forward to what the future brings!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I always love to learn new things and am eager to take on any new responsibilities. There is always room for growth within the business so I look forward to what each day can bring.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I came to CLHT with Admin experince but I believe there is always room for improvement. CLHT has helped me to gain more knowledge and skills. I also mentioned wanting to explore my social media and marketing skills and managment at CLHT were quick to help me with this.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

CLHT provide me with one study day a week, this is the day I focus on my course work and/or attend any sessions with my tutor. We use Smart Assesor to upload work and check my progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Management is always available when needed. I can come to them when I need any assitance with work or any general enquiries. My tutor also holds formal reviews with both myself and my line manager or HR to discuss my progress in my apprenctieship
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My Tutor has been very helpful. She will mark my work promptly and always update me with any additions required on my course work
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Doing my training has enabled me to learn new structures within my role. I am able to see things in a new light and learn new skills to use within my role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At the moment there aren't any I am part of. This is something I aim to consider in future.
