Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Managing a team of 4 individuals and portfolio of 400 clients, reviewing team's work comprising of advisory and compliance work for individuals, Trusts and Estates. Business development for firm including networking, winning work, engagement with professional advisors.

Technical development as well as strong soft skills development. Such as communication, strategic thinking, problem solving

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured, although Tolleys lack transparency with the overall plan/foreword planning. There have been inconsistency's when comparing my experience/training with other apprenticeships. There is a lack of communication between Tolleys and us as employers/apprentice - normally task/assignments to meet apprenticeship requirements are raised to be completed last minute.
