My role is to oversee day to day operations in my department and to make sure production targets are being met.

Really well organised it has covered every area that i knew nothing about and giving me the tools to succeed.

I receive a lot of support from my employer not just my line manager but from Directors, HR Manager and even the Project Manager.

My development coach has been instrumental in my time doing the course she has been there every step of the way with me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me everyday, I was brand new to my role when I started the course and knew the basics. Now I feel so much more equipped in my role with the knowledge I have gained.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have a Charity Committee that puts on events which is good all year round. The company have started to put on team bonding days such as Bowling which was really good.
