Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role covers admin, maintenance, cleaning and groundskeeping of the building, as well as supporting other departments with what they need.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is well integrated into my job role, and as such | am enjoying it. There have been a few problems with the College side such as last minute rule changes, but my tutor and manager have been consistently helpful throughout the course.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills, from customer service to maintenance to wood working and cleaning. I have gained training in manual handling, Health and Safety, OMMT, and IT skills.

My programme is very well structured, with plenty of meetings with my tutor
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager gives me as much support as I need, allowing me to complete my tasks throughout the work week in time for my next meeting.

My training provider gives me enough support and explanations to allow me to do the work I am given.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A big part of my role is in customer service, so the qualification gives me the skills and knowledge needed to be successful.
