Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role at Bridge Creative is to help those with learning difficulties and/or Autism stay connected through the KPC (Keeping People Connected) to ensure they are okay and don't feel alone. I also help out at events by setting up stalls, working at stalls, putting rubbish in bins, etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I have enjoyed my time here at Bridge Creative, interacting with lovely and amazing people both personally and socially, doing fun activities. I enjoy helping people who are struggling and/or feeling lonely, going to interesting places, working on things like events and other projects. I really enjoy working for Bridge Creative

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Me personally, i think that Bridge Creative is well organised and is structured pretty well, and why yes, there have been some mishaps here and there, it always gets sorted very quickly. They have a structured list of Clients and Employees so there's little to no confusion at all.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Whilst working for Bridge Creative, I have received dedicated in-work support during every shift from my employer, they are very kind, understanding of my learning difficulties and Autism, and fun to chat with. The employees are great as well, very kind, very helpful, also understanding of me, and they give me great opportunities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I felt that the support I received from my training provider has been really good, they made contact with me regularly to ask if I was doing ok. They've offered me advice that helped me towards my qualifications, they said if I had a problem I could contact them at any time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel like the training (specifically my customer service training) has been really good, I use it every day when talking to people, both socially and professionally. It has made me understand people better when talking to them, it's also made me think more how I talk to people.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I get involved with a lot of extra-curricular activities at work, it's mainly social activities that I help work on, such as; events, education (like delivering courses about specific subjects), and I help out with social events like giving out prices, organising on making and delivering quizzes, and more.
