I shadow the more experienced engineers in tasks whilst completing some by myself this involves things such as working on emergency lights, AHU's, FCU's and equipment that help run the building
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

the programme is good especially as you surpass the first year or two it gets a lot better when I have started completing a lot of task by myself

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learn new things on a day to day basis just by simply watching how the other engineers do things such as looking at problems in a different perspective, however I have enhanced my skills of teamwork and communication

The programme is set out well it is structured that you know what you should be aiming for each year and by the end of the programme you should have a good enough understanding and knowledge to complete most day to day task by yourself

A lot of support, they always ask if there are any issues or if there is anything they can help with

a lot more comfortable, i feel as though i could look a lot of different things and have an understanding on how to fix them
