Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day to day I communicated with my department team and was given tasks to work on that would help the team with the current clients they had. I would also conduct my own research and add this to the work. I would join client calls on teams and in person and was able to take notes and gain real insight of the case at hand.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
My team were very honest with me and discussed my next steps in my career and which path I should follow to get to a specific role and even told me what roles the firm were interested in hiring for which have me a good idea of what to work on.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have developed my researching skill since I had to be very accurate with what I was working on. I also developed my understanding of insurance since this was a new concept for me that my team were very eager to explain.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The atmosphere was so friendly and close knit, everyone seemed to know everyone else and everyone had equal respect for all staff even if it was catering staff or a receptionist everyone was friends and everyone wanted to support each other.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed the insight because i truly felt welcomed into the team and was given tasks that took up all my time and kept me super busy which was what I wanted I wanted a challenge and the team didn’t hold back. Everyone treated me with respect and were honest with me at all times.
