A point of contact for residents to report any communal issues/queries to us and we can pass these onto the appropriate contractor to have it resolved, i.e the middle-man

I enjoy this course, in particular the independent learning as I tend to work better on my own.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

A timetable has been sent for our online group virtual calls that's easy to follow. These occurs every 2 weeks and my tutor visits every 4 weeks.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

When I need help/support, I can always ask my employer and she will advise. As we are a smaller company with just one managerial position to report to, sometimes I have to sit on tasks for a little bit until she is free to discuss.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is extremely helpful. His emails are always open and response time is very quick. He goes through tasks with me in person and during the calls.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My apprenticeship helps me with the broader aspect of my role such as the administrative side. This includes: emailing, phone calls, paperwork, digital files etc. It isn't role specific i.e: provides property knowledge.
