I have enjoyed my experienced mostly however have experienced some challenged along the way

I have developed on my customer service skills, learnt new ways of communicating with different ranges of customers and their potential reactions. I have also improved my time management and ability to handle stress.

My qualification is helpful in allowing me to see where i need to improve and also see new creative solutions to potential problems. However i find doing the role is more helpful than anything
