Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I’ve really enjoyed my apprenticeship programme so far, as it’s given me the chance to learn new skills while gaining hands on experience in a real working environment. I like that I’m constantly learning something new each day, both in terms of technical knowledge and how to work effectively as part of a team. The balance between learning and doing has kept things interesting and helped me grow in confidence. While there have been some challenges, they’ve pushed me to improve and become more capable. Overall, I’d say I enjoy the programme to a great extent and feel it’s a great fit for me.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
During my first year of my apprenticeship, I’ve gained a lot of valuable experience that’s helped me grow both professionally and personally. I’ve built up my confidence in the workplace, learning how to communicate effectively with colleagues, ask the right questions, and take initiative. I’ve also developed key practical skills related to my job, which has improved my overall competence and independence on the job. Time management has been another important lesson I’ve learned how to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and meet deadlines consistently. Overall, it’s been a rewarding start to my career journey.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I would say my apprenticeship programme is quite well organised and structured. There’s a clear plan in place for what I need to learn and achieve, both in the workplace and during my off the job training. I’m given regular tasks and responsibilities that help me build my skills step by step, and there’s good communication between my employer and training provider to make sure everything stays on track. Sometimes there are small delays or changes, but overall the structure helps me stay focused and understand what’s expected of me at each stage.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive a good level of support from my employer throughout my apprenticeship. They’re always willing to answer questions, provide guidance, and make time to help me understand new tasks. My supervisor and team are approachable and encourage me to learn at my own pace while still challenging me to improve. I also get regular feedback, which helps me see where I’m doing well and where I can develop further. Overall, I feel supported and valued, which makes a big difference in my confidence and progress.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider while working towards my qualifications. They check in regularly to monitor my progress and are always available if I have any questions or need extra help with my coursework or assignments. The tutors explain things clearly and make sure I understand before moving on. They also provide useful resources and feedback to help me improve. Overall, their support has made it easier for me to stay on track and feel confident about achieving my goals
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that the qualification I’m working towards through my training provider really helps me perform better in my role. The knowledge and skills I’ve learned during my training sessions often link directly to what I’m doing in the workplace, which helps me understand the reasons behind certain tasks and do them more effectively. It also gives me a stronger foundation to build on, especially when facing new or challenging situations. Overall, the qualification supports my development and makes me feel more confident and capable in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are a few extra-curricular activities available at my workplace. There are occasional social events and team-building activities that help everyone get to know each other outside of work, which creates a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend TNA Europe to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend this company to a friend because it’s a supportive and well structured place to work, especially for someone starting out in their career. The team is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, both through hands on experience and training. The company takes the time to guide apprentices properly, offers regular feedback, and encourages development. It’s a great environment to build confidence, gain valuable skills, and progress in your chosen field.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TNA Europe?
My main advice to anyone applying to this company would be to show a genuine interest in the role and be willing to learn. Come prepared with some basic knowledge about the industry, but don’t worry if you don’t know everything—they’re very supportive and will help you grow. Be confident, ask questions, and show that you’re motivated to improve and be part of the team.
