To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The one day a week at college is ideal and the people I work with probably couldn’t be any better, good atmosphere and a good place to learn.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve learnt a lot of technical knowledge on certain aspects although other aspects are somewhat lacking, I’ve also learnt skills to do with team work, communication with the client and safe working

It is well organized, could be better when it comes to communication and knowing what job I’m on and when.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get full support, and if I feel like I don’t I can bring it up in the reviews we do every other month.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get full support and if I was ever in need of more they would provide, for example if your struggling with passing a certain exam they take extra time to pull you aside and assist you.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The theory comes in handy as I can use it almost instantly on the job, and when doing something new on the job most of the time I have an inkling of what to do due to the lessons provided by my training provider.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have plenty of social events, nights out with the company and meals together.
