It was very challenging learning a new role and learning alongside each other. This in itself helped me with time management. I really enjoyed how BUD/BABINGYON made it interactive with virtual workshops

Yes, upskilled in people management and got vital education in understanding how to manage effectively. Also showed myself strengths and more important, highlighted areas I need to develop in.

5/5
Very. My tutor was brilliant helping me tailor my programme around my workload.

My upline was great in giving me what I needed. Also tailoring my work week to fit this in and adapting the balance to suit.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Best amount possible. My tutor was patient as at times I fell behind the expected timescales but he helped me and gave me time to adjust around my work schedule and also a full on family life too having a newborn son.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Absolutely. I'm always up for developing and going in open minded meant I was constantly looking at modules thinking how I could adapt working principles.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
I'm remote based so it's never been discussed. Professional networking is part of my role when the scheduled events need attending.
