Managing a team of Key Account Managers, selling ventilation into a range of resellers in the construction sector
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Despite being very challenging i found it very rewarding. Bouncing ideas off people on different sectors enabled me to analyse it from another angle. Improved my self awareness i feel.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt a lot about communication styles and how to understand people and business more. This enabled me to focus on weaker areas with a PDP and also recognise my strengths
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very. The structure was flexible but also enabled me to tailor it around my work load. My tutor/coach was pivotal in this as he understood my challenges and workload and we structured a plan when it was needed. I wouldn't have passed it without his guidance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The necessary time to apply to the apprenticeship. Also time to reflect in amongst my job role. All with the aim of improving the business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The highest level. The module plan was very structurerd but we also changed some around which fitted in better with my workload at that time. This was pivotal as otherwise it would have meant time spent on areas i was unsure of.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Certainly. One area was/is performance management. Despite dealing with issues and conflict previously, this has enabled me to learn more and i feel a lot more equipped as a manager.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
