I work in the baby room and my day includeds making sure the babies needs are met and they enjoy their time at nursery. Everyday is always slightly different.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it alot, but its hard to work full time and have the time to do my work. So its very helpful that i get study time out.

I have developed alot of the skills i learned in college and placement. I have also learnt a few new skills.

Its very organised and each month you have a masterclass to go through the next months work.

I recive alot of support from my employer as she makes sure i have study time as often as she can give it to me!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is very supportive, but sometimes she can be hard to reach when i contact her for help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It teaches me alot and its a good refresher. The work makes you think about different things you wouldnt have thought to think about.

Because the staff and the children are all so friendly! Management are very supportive.
