Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day typical involves me coming in setting up activities for the children to enjoy and learn checking next steps and setting targets for the children and helping them achieve these targets getting them ready for school I also carry out nappy changes and meal times and ensuring the children are happy and safe.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy my programme getting to progress my career and learning new things and there are great opportunities for me

Not much support from employer as such but I get regular reviews with the apprenticeship coach and assessor Emma and grace who help me
