Supporting staff/ managing day to day/ ensuring latest frame work is followed/ developing the setting/ safeguarding staff and children/ enhancing the setting/ providing training/ supporting the rooms/ supporting all children/ having knowing on children with SEND/ understanding and in bedding the curriculum
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yeah I do enjoy learning, of course there are some units that aren’t so fun and some I really enjoy gaining new knowledge.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I would 💯 say it has really taught me the finer details for example I would never been able to explain in confidence what a curriculum is and how to create one. also, when you understand why we do what we do you can teach it to others

I have worked at Hopscotch for years & it has honestly formed me into the practitioner I am today. You work with inspiring people, they are keen to develop you and there are always ways to progress if you wanted to.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hopscotch Day Nurseries?
Research your role & think about what you can bring to a team. Hopscotch are very much about team work.
