Support and guide apprentices throughout the company, in house, in completing their qualification. Coach and upskill senior members of staff in progressing within their career.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thoroughly enjoying my programme. I have a supportive development coach who is thorough in their delivery of sessions. My line manager has been very supportive towards the time needed to complete tasks and have conversations.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt about managing tasks and workload on an independent level. More understanding of adapting practice to support individuals more specifically. Gained more knowledge on legislations, codes of ethics and coaching contracts.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. Masterclass meetings ans 1-2-1 meetings are booked in advance and the development coach is accessible for support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support I receive from my employer is great. I have regular study time to complete tasks and my line manager and colleagues are supportive in if I require meetings with them to completely employer led tasks or coaching sessions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Plenty of support. The training provider is very accessible and if the development coach is not reachable, there are other contacts that can be used. All tasks have alot of resources free to download, use and refer too.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me greatly in performing my job role better. I have been taught different methods of coaching which I have been able to out into practice. And it has improves my confidence in delivery.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes. I have had the opportunity to attend networking meetings and I am always being offered additional training opportunities on large scales
