Working in the HR and People team to deliver business objectives such as recruitment, engagement and retention. Delivering training and providing development opportunities for 350+ staff
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

At first it was a challenge to understand the level and quality of work for assignments however i have grown in confidence which has enabled me to be more confident and knowledgeable in my answers.

Yes, the apprenticeship has given me a deeper understanding of the role and enabled new strategies and ideas to be developed to strengthen the business.

I have received support and mentoring throughout the course so far. They also take part in my one to ones and adapt to my needs at the time.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that my qualification through my training provider has significantly helped me perform better in my role. The training is informative but also practical, offering real-world scenarios and hands-on learning that directly relate to my day-to-day responsibilities. It’s given me more confidence in my decision-making and a clearer understanding of best practices in the field.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

My workplace holds two inset days per year- last year they held a group training day which was amazing and informative.
