My job role as a Business Administrator Apprentice entails day to day tasks such as answering any query emails we may have received in our department, scanning in important documents and inputting an data we need on our systems.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme. Completing an apprenticeship has allowed me to learn useful and valuable work place skills whilst still learning on the job. I believe these new skills and qualities that i am developing daily are something i can take with my throughout the rest of my career.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I believe the structure of my programme is very organised. My worklife and college studies are kept seperate which allows me to grow and develop in 2 different ways. Also, by keeping them seperate this allows me to have a specific set time to complete my assignments effectively.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive alot of support from my employers. As an organisation i believe Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service are very considerate and understanding towards their staff.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

From my experience, I believe Wirral Met are very undrestanding and supportive. My college tutor often shows kindness and consideration towards me and my assignments and she does not put me under any unnecessary stress or pressure.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Completing a Business Adminstrator qualification greatly helps me perform in my role as it teaches me qualities and skills i can adapt to my job role to make my days easier.
