To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I have always been keen to learn new skills and gather as much information I can regarding my job role, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to not only gain the information I need to help me succeed in my current role but also help me onto the next level in my career.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt more than I could have imagined not only about my role but how our behaviors as leaders effect how people see H&S and the most important thing I learned was how to be a more effective leader and make sure that people understand the reasons behind the choices we have to make when it comes to making sure people are safe at work, I also learned a lot about myself during the process and have gained confidence in talking to people I wouldn’t normally have interactions with.
It has helped me build a better knowledge base and will help towards more qualifications in future.

5/5
Logical Sequence: The topics or modules were presented in a clear and progressive manner, building on previous knowledge and leading to a coherent understanding of the subject.

Engaging Delivery: The materials, methods, and activities used were relevant and engaging, keeping participants interested and involved.

Accessibility: The course provided easy-to-follow instructions, comprehensive resources, and adequate support for participants.
Effective Evaluation: Opportunities for self-assessment, quizzes, or feedback were well-integrated to reinforce learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Proactive Assistance: Your employer might have anticipated your needs and provided solutions or resources without you having to ask.
Open Communication: They maintained clear, honest, and respectful communication, making it easy for you to voice concerns or ask for help.
Flexibility: They might have offered you flexible working conditions, such as adjusting hours or workload during challenging times.
Personal Development: Supporting your growth through training, mentorship, or opportunities for advancement could be a key point.
Recognition and Encouragement: Highlight if they acknowledged your achievements and motivated you to succeed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Guidance and Mentorship was second to non, my tutor ensured I had all the resources to help me succeed. He even sent me a message of encouragement on the morning of my exams which was nice and helped me to recognize that I was capable of passing my exams which I did with distinction.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
