Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of skills with Fowler Welch. For example how to split-couple and uncouple a trailer from a tractor unit, How to drive the vehicle correctly and how the RDC's work as well.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the program is quick and well planned out, had my provisional license and tacko done in the first 2 weeks. plus providing myself with materials to revise for my theory test and cpc test.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

my employer is very helpful, providing myself with time to practice driving with 'L' plates on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

a lot of support, supplying us with the correct materials and websites to practice for my theory test and project to help us in our role.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The Qualification is very important for me as it will let me be allowed to get out and start working for the company. as i need the license to drive, plus the EPA is important for me as well.

Daily walk around the block, for around 20 minutes. to increase excise and to bet some fresh air.

I think that the group is a good place to work as everyone is nice and polite to work with and plus it will expand your skills and knowledge as well.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Culina Group?
Just keep Practising driving and keep on revising for the theory test.
