Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Generally, support projects with business analysis and project management in Steam IS.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was involved in major mainstream projects which are part of company's strategic initiatives. I got a chance to lead multiple workstreams and made me responsible for the delivery. I played a vital part and was given the liberty to make certain decisions too.

I brushed upon my technical skills learnt at Uni and got introduced to software Agile project management activities which complement my course and was not taught at university.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

the company has very strong values and commitment to wellbeing and this is experienced when you work at sxs.
Culture has to be one of the best things at spirax. Very flexible and inclusive.
