My day to day role in the workshop varies from servicing, warranty, crash damage and PDIs. A very hands on and fast paced role
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My apprenticeship experience has exceeded my expectations, I was able to get a qualification while being in the field, which then allowed me to gaining life experience. Which will enhance my qualification and have me readily adapted from the working environment.

The BMW uk academy supported me incredibly, they adapted to my learning needs and provided all the additional items which I needed to learn

Yes, we have a good team in the workshop. We go out and do social activities / sports events to bond as a team and to have a good time
