I love working within this company everyone is around to help out when it's needed however college was a struggle for me there wasn't a lot of support when I was struggling

Not a lot at all, whenever I was struggling it's like I was pushed to the side and then had to take extra lessons as I wasn't helped during the lessons or over Teams. I was always left to do things by myself

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not well. I have learnt the job role the best as I have had brilliant trainers within the office who have helped me understand the work and help me out when I have done something wrong. The qualification I have now received I feel like I did all by myself with having to teach myself the areas of the exam.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a few social activities but it's not much we've only had 2 events since I have been working here.
They have recently added a team to help the managers/ higher up people get a better understanding of the employees in the office would like
