Check McHire for any jobs that need reviewing, absence management, check schedule v's actual, see if any investigation or discipline letters need doing, check for violations for u18's, check reviews for probationary, schedule is published and check workplace for birthday post, and post about wellbeing.

I'm really enjoying it, I'm only on my first month and have learn a lot already.

Yes, dealing with conflict and teaching shift managers, the importance of wellbeing and diverse and inclusivity.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well organised, my only issue is that everything is sent at once for the whole year and I just think that it was a lot to start with.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

If I need it, its there I only have to ask, and my line manager checks in with me every monday.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot, they check in all the time, we have a meeting every month, and if I need anything they are only a message away.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me perform my role better as I know how to do my job more professionally and understand what is required of me.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we have a yearly sports day, we do charity work with a football tournament, and we also do the three peaks trek as a charity event.

Why?
Because it's like having a second family, I have work here for 13yrs and like every job it has its ups and downs.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
you can't be lazy, its a rewarding job if you put in the effort, but if your not willing then you'll get nothing out of it.
