Its well organised mostly however I've not been on a section which I can further progress my work for 6 months and have been told the section I've been moved to also does not have the criteria I require so i will have to wait an additional 3 months before I can continue with job packs.

I am well supported however there's not much they can do regarding switching us onto different sections to get the required job packs

Its a positive work environment with secure jobs and a great progression rout if the person wants to progress. It is interesting and skill developing.
