Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Currently I test a specific type of radar, this means starting it up every morning, running it and carrying out changes to equipment. Sometimes we help test other components. In the afternoon we have to shut it down and turn everything off.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do really enjoy the physical part but I struggle a lot with the online learning aspect.

I think I have learn a lot of people skills, I am also improving my tool skills and how I learn.

Yes, I know they organise events like go-karting along with evenings outside of work which really helps strengthen the connection between colleagues for a smoother work flow.

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
No
Why?
I like BAE and I really enjoy the company however I think the HNC course has let them down. Its caused a lot of anxiety and stress.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Make sure you are resilient. However the people here are lovely so you will always have a good working environment.
