As a data analyst apprentice at the FCA, I support teams by gathering, cleaning, and analysing data to gather insights that inform regulatory decisions. My day-to-day tasks include using tools like Excel and Python, producing reports, and collaborating with colleagues to improve data quality and reporting processes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme as it offers a good balance of practical work and learning. It’s rewarding to apply new skills in real-world situations, and I appreciate the support from both my team and training provider. The role is challenging but engaging, which keeps me motivated.
