If we were taught what was claimed and if the work we did was in similar nature as to that of the apprenticeship thus allowing us to draw from our experiences then I would rate the structure of the programme quite well. However, neither of those things are a reality and therefore I would have to deduct marks from the organisation and structure of the progamme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get to return to my decrepit accommodation once in a while to complete the current apprenticeship task, which is more than what others receive so I’m happy.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I don’t know who my training provider is so the answer would probably be no support.

Why?
Generally I wouldn’t because I feel like you can achieve more outside the Army and it’s suited for a particular type of person.
