Unable to say as been full time college first year. However working from home 3 days a week isnt ideal and wanted to get into actual work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Havnt been into work yet, however the college isn't particularly enjoyable as it just feels like an extension of level 3 education.

Can only speak from a college perspective. Coursework itself seems to be structured well with deadlines that should be followed for the teaching part of the course, however assignment dates always get moved somtimes at last minute.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

a lot, we have regullar meetings discussing what is going on inside of work and how they can support us more.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not a whole lot from lectures directly however is assistance is needed they are usually quite fast to respond on teams.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

yes there are many, everything from mini golf, to bowling, to pub crawls.

From the support we have gotten from the business side so far has been incredible they have addressed every issue we have given them.
