My role on a day to day basis involves caring for and providing the children with the best experiences and opportunities possible. As well as supporting them with their learning and development and next steps while working in partnership with their parents, carers etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the process of my Level 3 Early Years course, the resources given to me were easy to use. The whole process was smooth and support was always there if needed, especially from my Assessor.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During the course of my apprenticeship, some skills i have developed further are my communication skills and my confidence overall.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was well structured and the platforms were easy to use, such as LaserLearning. As well as having the Units and Tasks easily accessible.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I felt as if i could go to my Managers if i needed any help or support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My assessor was particularly helpful and supportive throughout this process. I felt as if i could always ask for help if needed, as well as asking any necessary questions etc.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My Assessor provided me with useful resources as well as feedback after observations in order for me to put this to good use. As well as helping me to prepare for my EPA.

Why?
It is a small group of Nurseries, providing the best for the children in our care working together as a team. Everyone is working towards the same outcome for the children, and it is a positive environment to be in for everyone involved.
