I assist customers to return to financial health as quickly as possible, completing income and expenditure with them to offer treatments that will be affordable to them. I also signpost customers to external organisations for further support with their finances and vulnerable needs.

I developed existing skills and learned new skills such as being an effective team player through collaboration. I also elevated my leadership skills by supporting other colleagues during the apprenticeship.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was very well structured although some of the activities need to be reviewed to benefit all colleagues especially non branch working colleagues. Some of the activities were only targeted to branch based colleagues.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received unprecedented support feom my employer even to my senior leadership.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I equally received unprecedented support from the training provider. My Babington coach was very helpful

Tje qualification helped me to understand more about my organisation and my role of delivering excellent customer experience

During the apprenticeship I got involved with the national apprenticeship week celebration in Scotland and attended career development trainings which I found very useful
