Supporting in testing and educating phase 1 recruits on their physical and mental capabilities. Ultimately trying to further improve the physical standard of RAF service members
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thoroughly enjoying the apprenticeship, constantly learning key, new and relevant pieces of information which further develop my skills for my career.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed better communication skills as i am continuously speaking to new people. I have also gotten better at being adaptable as a lot of things change in the job from weather to session standards.

The structure of the apprenticeship is very well laid out and I am continuously aware of all relevant work required at specific times
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel and have felt very supported throughout, if I’m curious to what something means or don’t understand a question, I always feel I can ask anyone in the office and confident they will assist me in my understanding
