The role of the CAD & PDM Applications Lead is responsible for coordinating development, support and training for capable CAD and PDM Systems within the Engineering & Supply Department, and their interface with the RNLI’s Microsoft Dynamics AX business system. This is to enable RNLI wide end users to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.

4/5
The PDEs have been excellent, and if I had any other issues other members of corndel have been quick to help!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Whilst I was already doing the role it was almost "self-taught". This has given me the skills to better perform my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are many networks within the RNLI that help professional networking to better understand what goes on in other areas of the RNLI. This is where I heard about the apprenitceship.
