Providing data quality work for on-going project overhauling internal Estates properties system.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a challenging programme but I feel that I am learning new things, a lot of what I learn comes up in my work and it brings me new levels of confidence when handling my role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Strong Data Analysis skills such as Python/Anaconda, further languages such as SQL and HTML, network architecture.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Have clear plan for what we are doing each module, with regular 1-2-1s. Clear breakdown of our learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Plenty, my line manager has been very supportive and I know I can turn to the Apprenticeship Advisor for any issues. My employer understands my commitment to the apprenticeship each week, and is as committed as I am.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I know my PDE is there if I have any issues, I have relied on him for both general queries and help with a submission, and he has always been there for me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

In my current role, a lot of what I learn is not directly relevant, but I know that it is preparing me for future roles excellently.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The RNLI supports me on my apprenticeship, and working towards this whilst contributing to such an important charity makes me feel that the apprenticeship is going towards genuinely important work.

There is a lot of competition so be prepared!
